I'm sure that this topic has already been discussed many times but I need help so that I can start submitting photos for these challenges. I have Photoshop 7.0 and CS so I'm sure I have the needed software to complete the work. Can someone tell me how to do this or direct me to the needed information??

Thanks Paul

Under 'Edit' in PS7, choose 'Image Size'. Set the dimensions to whatever you want, keeping the challenge rules in mind (e.g., 640 X 427 pixels...). Then do a 'File', 'Save for Web...'; choose a setting that gives you as close to 150k as possible.

Thanks everyone for your replies! Thanks especially to Lenkphotos, those are the kind of instructions that make things simple and easy. I've got it all figured out now!

Note that while no side can be over 640 pixels (and no side less than 160), you can have any aspect ratio (shape) you want within those limits.
