Im putting up my work on my website now, and i have seen others put there copyright stamp on all pictures on they're site. is it actually worth all the extra work of doing that? Not that my pictures are the best, but it is my work, and im a tad bit nervous of someone stealing my pics for there own purposes. and another thought comes to mind, cant someone just steal the pic, then crop out my stamp anyways?

If you are worried about someone taking your pictures then consider doing it and, yes, they can steal and crop if they so desire.

I created an action in Photoshop that just pops it in with a key command at the end so there is little additional work to add a copyright stamp directly to the image

Wish I knew how to do this. But you are right they can just crop it out.
