What is a good program to stitch digital pics together... mostly I want to do panoramas by turning the tripod and get rid of some of the viewpoint problems.

You might try Panorama Factory. It works pretty well.

Anyone know any top of the line programs... with multiple options (Fixed and unfixed positions ect.)

I use Ulead COOL 360. It may not be a top of the line program, but I've been happy with the results.

Your best bet will be using Panorama Tools; it's probably the most sophisticated tool out there. It's not exactly pretty, but it's also very powerful. There are a couple of "front ends" for it, like PTGui and PTAssembler. The Panorama Tools website is temporarily closed, but you can find a list of mirrors here.
