It was in the 80's here in Sacramento, CA today. I kinda wish it was colder - I would've gone snowboarding. :)

today was hot hot hot. Very humid! YUK!!! I cant stand it any longer.

On a good note though. My sister in law got engaged today. She is in my porfolio (Rachael) and she is engaged to Dan. (red hat). So even though it was disgustingly hot we had a good day

I hate the snow. It snows entirely too much in New York. The taxes here are too high for this. Who do I contact to do something about this!!

My property taxes on 10 acres and a cabin was $63 last year. I think it flurried once for about a half an hour back in December. Maybe you're on to something.

If you need a break from the snow come visit Hawaii.

If you really get tired of the snow then come live here. The coldest I have seen it here is 62. We do get some days when it only get up to 70 but most days we get into the low 80s

Funny, I moved to snow country to get away from the city and the heat. Try living near Lake Superior where we get snow almost every day! It usually doesn't completely melt until mid-May. A few years ago there was a pile that didn't disappear until June first. It even made the news.

I'm in NY also, but I love the snow. I'm hoping for a good snow storm before spring. We've only had one (10+) good storm this year. :-( I shot this last night from inside the house.

I guess nobody's really happy with what they have...
In my town there's never snow. Not even in the middle of the winter.
Seeing the photos you guys send every now and then makes me real jealous at times...
Lucky for me, i'm a summer person. And sun is what I get to have 10 months a year!!!

I'm getting ready to go mow the grass....AGAIN....here in northern California (Auburn). We rarely get snow here, but it's only 40 minutes up the hill to the white stuff. Here, it's near 80.

If I paid less taxes it would be worse, than there would be no money to plow the streets, because they do such a fine job of it now (making a sarcastic face).

If you live on Long Island and have a county job, you are set!! However, you have to know someone and sacrifice your first born for a county job.
