I haven't had a chance to explore Adobe Photoshope CS. I've had it for awhile but it wouldn't work on Windows ME and was too much for my laptop. Anyway, new computer, monitor and CS is overloading my brain! It doesn't take much...

I'm not liking the auto curves feature. Any input? I like these two photos but I just missed on the captures. I can't bring myself to delete them yet so I thought I'd experiment. I may even break down and read the manual. There's a few things I can't figure out, yet.

yep, that too.
The new camera is why I had to get all the other. Bigger files, etc. etc. etc.

Never mind. Bad idea.

Auto Curves will only work sometimes, it is best to adjust the curves yourself, but if you are new to CS it is easier to learn levels first and then try out the curves. The help menu has very good information on curves.

Thanks, Tressider. That's kind of what I thought. I know in elements, the auto selections only work on certain photos. I guess I was hoping for miracles.

Unless the exposure is close to perfect, the auto tools don't seem to be that great. It doesn't keep me from clicking to check out the results anyways.

The dropper tools are wonderful.
