Hi all. I've had my Digital Rebel now for a week and really love it. I'm saving up for a macro lens to take better shots like this one. This shot was taken with the kit 18-55mm lens. My wife spotted this odd looking moth in the back yard and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to get in some practice. This is probably the 70th shot or so as I do not have a natural talent for photography. Any comments or critiques are most welcomed.

Thanks in advance,
Sean

Congratulations on your rebel... great toy! May the good fairy of great pics always be with you.

And what an excellent pic, made it one of my favorites. Goes to show the kit lens is not as terrible as some, including me, wants to believe.
