It has been awhile since I uploaded a file for printing on DPCPrints and I am wondering how long the review usually takes. I uploaded last night or about 20hours ago and it hasn't cleared yet. Is that normal?

I think my first took a couple of days. The others were overnight I do believe. It largely depends, I think on how many prints are up for review at any one time and how busy the admins. are otherwise....I think.

Somewhere on the DPCP site info it does state that it should be within 24 hours but it can vary wildly. Sometimes it's been as fast as 20 minutes (if I happen to load something at the time when D or L are approving prints) and other times it's been a few days.
Be patient! It's worth it!

| It's also likely to be slower/more intermittent over the holidays too ... personally I don't want them evaluating my photo "the next morning." |

| I don't know where to post this question but I was wondering if anyone remembers a photograph, I can't remember if it won a ribbon or not maybe it was close. The picture is of a little girl holding a frame of a picture of herself and in that picture she is holding a frame of a picture of herself and so on. It was a great set up. I was wondering if anyone knew who that photographer was and the title of that picture so i can find it. Thanks! |

That's funny!
It hasn't been approved yet so I might be in for an "after the holiday" review. |
