I was born on a day that was the last month of the year. December is a special time and has a special meaning to lots of people even to those whose birthdays arent during this month. Sometimes it may feel overwhelming with all the holiday rush of things that birthdays seem to be looked over and some not looked on at all. SO I remember from last year the thread that I started and here goes, Cheers to birtdays in December. Please add to the list if you are new here or speak up if you have been missed ! Your family and friends welcome to list as well :)
Happy Birhtday to all born in December!

""Blech""" Surely you jest. My daughter's birthday is on the 24th, and so the poor darling gets lavished by all since her birthday is so close to Christmas. Then, later in the year, because we feel bad for the poor little darling, we celebrate her birthday in June and invite all her friends. I have had to build a storage room, just for her stuff.

Seriously, a very happy birthday to all of you.

Mine was Friday the 17th as well as a great niece, Angelica. My father-in-laws was on the 2nd and my sister-in-laws is Today. And I can still remember that Paula Mullins birthday is on Christmas day (a classmate from grade school that I haven't seen since junior high/middle school). Oh, and Peter Cris (the original drummer for the band KISS) has his birthday this month also.

Mine was 5 minutes ago ... 23:45-ish (GMT) on the 20th.

17th...This one is significant in that I can start drawing Social Security (while there is something left) and more significant, I can get a lifetime pass to the National Parks for ten bucks.

Your daughter is one of the lucky ones!!! I've never had a birthday party in my entire life.. For some reason, neither my parents or I ever got the clue to have a "half-birthday." Boooooo. So now I'm bitter and traumatized, not to mention a regular Scrooge.. BAH HUMBUG!!

There will come a time in your life when "hungover" will be something you do with your sock, as you place it over the mantle. In addition, although you will continue to have birthdays, you will strive to ensure that no one knows your age.

Do have fun, but remember to be very careful.
