I have an online friend who just posted this message on another message board I go to and I was wondering if anyone here could help out (A friend of hers recently had a baby who just died):

Any one here who is good with photo shop? She would like to have this picture

touched up to where his vent does not show. She doesn't know if it is possible or not - but they might have to have a closed casket funeral and this is the picture she wants displayed and the picture she would like on his tombstone.
I don't know if she likes this one or not but if that one can not be done then maybe this one would be easier

Sorry for their loss and also that I'm not great at PS but here is a go at it. Problem is the sample is such a small file that there is not much to work with. They will likely have problems printing it in any quality.

my best try, i hope u find something that works give me a MP or email me if u want it in a bigger size i can't make it much better but i can at least preserve the quality it is at a bigger size.
