Hey, I think I have it! We can call the Low Tech Invitational the Martha Stewart Challenge.

Yes! First chop down a tree with an axe (no electicity here). Then grind it into fibers by hand and mix it with water to form a slurry. Make thick sheets of cardboard drying them in the sun (advantage southern hemisphere) and cut to size. Use duct tape (about as low tech as it gets) to form the cardboard into a rough, light proof box. Use an 18 guage awl to pierce a pin hole in the center of one side, forming a pin hole camera.

Now, and this is the best part, photograph this low tech subject with a $2,000 digital camera and lens. Edit it on a $3,000 PC using $1,000 in photo editing software. Post it to this 20 Gig site and wait for the voting to begin. Do NOT (under any circumstances) use an electronic watch or clock to count the minutes until the voting is over and the results are posted.

Voila -- Low Tech! -- The Martha Stewart Challenge

ROFL - Good one!

I could go along with it, except that I don't have $2,000 wrapped up in my camera, PC AND software.

LOL
(My Martha Stewart imitation is on my Bio page BTW!)

LMAO!

She's the lady who used to be on TV telling people how to cook a "simple" brunch for a 100 using homemade God knows what and how to serve the meal on plates you make yourself and napkins that you can dye using mashed blue berries to create that custom, down-home touch!

She's in prison now - probably teaching fellow inmates the same shit err, I mean stuff! Although, speaking of shit, she probably knows of some nifty use for that too!

I actually saw a show where she made her own marshmallows! What does a bag cost, about a quarter?
