How do I find out how my photo in the "despair" is doing? I have a screen that tells me how many votes I have, but not the scores.

Yeah, I'm getting alot of those too, and unjustly, I think. Why have we heard so many people with complaints this time? Is it because this is not a "Wooow, look how pretty" challenge? It makes judging more complex, and more subjective?

My model looks like he/she is going to burst into tears anytime, the comment says "Let's try to stick to the subject next time!)
Despair?????

The problem might be that you know the model (?) so you are familiar with their expressions/body language etc. and therefore have background knowledge. Whereas the rest of us are presented with an image of a stanger, captured at a single moment in time, and there may not be enough information in your picture to imply your intent.

Of course I could be talking rubbish, your picture might be doing the job quite well, but the point stands, that if you, or anyone else, are relying on subtle facial expressions then your point might be lost on the likes of me.

I suggest that everyone puts a comment on their own pictures to explain how they depict despair. I will certainly be looking back at the pictures I have commented on to find out what I missed.
