I think this is in the wrong category, but I didn't know where else to put it.

What is a "texture" according to DPC? Specifically, I like to use very moody skies as textures, but for the colour "richness" and variation, not for the "texture" of the clouds. Is that OK? It really changes the image "dramatically" ...

Are brushes allowed as textures?
