First off, I think this site is a GREAT idea. I've been looking for something like this for months now...having someone give you photography topics really help fuel creativity and to see beauty where you wouldn't normally look for it. So hats off for doing this for all of us amateur photographers. The challenge and competition will do us all good.

Secondly, when this site gets huge and widely sponsored (wink wink), I think it would be nice to have 2 entry types...digital photography and manipulated photography. I know that personally, I sometimes take a shot in mind with what I could do to it later in photoshop. I realize they shouldn't be in the same category, but still...the art of photography doesn't stop on film (or CompactFlash cards...or SmartMedia...heh heh).

Just a thought.

(If ever you need any help with the coding or design of your pages, gimme a shout, I'm uhm, a computer geek.)

In all honesty though, we do need assistance in the Challenge Criteria department. For now, we're making up ideas for the Challenges as we go, but we'd like to get a huge list together (100 or so) and have one chosen randomly every two weeks. Use these forums, or Contact page to submit ideas.

Thanks for your feedback.

what about a page where the great people here can use their creativity to submit challenge ideas? this could possibly be expanded to where we as a group could vote off the dumb ones, then a random one could be selected and submitted.
