Check out Submission here!

What was I thinking? love is always between two living being and they are always equal and opposite. In this case the idea was to have equal and opposite which would be "Black and White" and to achieve that I placed my-self in Black standing on white background side and ask my wife to wear white and stand on black background so that each of us pop in that.

Coming back In my continuous journey I thought to share about this too!

See this video and would give you an idea on how the setup was :)

In here you can see first I had entire black background then on top right 50% of frame I placed white background. Next I added a beauty dish kept on right side so that the light on the white looks a bit extra white compare to the black and also the shadow from in this case me on my wife would show a touch than the front or bounced light. Next I mount the camera on tripod, triggered remote flash with timer of 10 seconds.

Before taking the final shot I took a few shot to see how the light would look, adjust the distance, stand my-self (yes I really really look horrible :() and then went and change and shirt. Before I took the shot I wanted to first see whether it would really look good or not (exception me) :D

Let the knowledge flow in!!

Always good to see your 'how did I...' posts here Girish. Maybe you could link them to your submissions and vice versa?
