The original Bladerunner was such a beautifully lit movie, in a film of restrained acting performances, the lighting was the star.
In this clip two cinematographers discuss how they lit the scenes, how they did it and most importantly why those choices made the shots.

Thank you Brennan, fascinating! A small correction: these two guys in this clip did not shoot Blade Runner, they are just discussing and reconstructing what Ridley Scott and cinematographer Jordan Cronenweth (who already passed away 22 years ago) did there.
