Second one now looks too bright to me, but better.

I liked the original, and I gave it a 6. IMO, the original is MUCH better than the edited one. I think many people on here don't have their monitors calibrated correctly and see things much too dark.

I think the new one is a little too bright now, as the others have said.. I'd like to see a happy medium.

As for having monitors calibrated.. If mine was any brighter, I wouldn't be able to *see* the color black (it'd be a dark grey).. and the first photo is still a little too dark for my tastes.

But then, those are just *my* tastes.

Gee, I gave you an 8 on the first one. This image has (I think) added mystery when the viewer can imagine what is in the shadows.

If you changed it at all, the last one, "medium," would work.

yup i changed it but just a little! but thanks anyway for the opinion! sorry to be keep on going with the thread but i liked the photo and i know i didn't not express myself that much to get the thing i wanted! still have to work on it! thats why my questioning of it look better! but seems i'll have to take it outside again and start a new shoot! thanks anyway! :) and keep klicking!

I like the third one best. The second one was indeed too bright.
I got an impression you used neatimage or some other noise-removing tool. I would recomend using it on the sky but not the telescop as it looks plastic. I would say telescope from original and sky from the last one would make a perfect match.

Am I wrong about the anti-noising?

btw. I gave it a 6 (6+ actually, meaning 6 with tendency to up)
keep smiling

I was one of those that commented on your photo during the challenge. I rated the original a 5 and would have rated either one of the others probably a 7. Maybe if there had been a bit more of an even light on the telescope, that would have helped. I like the originality of this idea.
