Well, I braved the traffic, hills, and stoplights and headed out toward the city tonight. I must say it is always colder on a mountain, and tonight was no exception. The wind was SO strong I had to pull out my winter hat. Here's two of the shots I got tonight at a shutter speed of 2.0 seconds...
NUMBER ONE
NUMBER TWO
What do you think?

Number 1 is the better shot in my opinion.
I cleaned it up a little:
Before
& After
Mostly toning down the yellow cast, applying USM on lightness channel and boosting saturation a little.
Cool shot!

I like both picture
But you need a stronger tripod; I have the same problem on the wind.
