This listing on DPC is currently broken/messy, but I'm sure that will be fixed up soon.
I, too, could only find very small googly eyes locally, so I ordered them online (in hopeful anticipation) 6 days ago.
Sadly, deliveries from China take many weeks to reach Australia, so they are not expected to arrive until AFTER the challenge deadline.
I guess I'll have to look for small subjects that call for very small eyes. Wish me luck :-)
I really look forward to looking over the challenge entries, it is such a fun topic! |

I ordered mine a couple of days ago and don't expect to receive them until after the challenge. Living in rural North Yorkshire, there are no shops in the area that sell them, either :( Still, it will be fun to vote on the challenge. |

This link shows eyes made of styrofoam with pupils drawn on...those are great too. Craft stores should have them.

In the US, Hobby Lobby has a large selection of eyes, plus styrofoam balls. These are just some I had on hand. You can get a 40% off coupon online also, making the eyes even cheaper.

Thanks for the link Richard. For some reason they will deliver mine on Sunday the 18th for no extra charge. Guess all that college tuition I pay for my kids is paying off with the cheap prime membership.

I think I've got some small ones somewhere, if I can find them. I'm going to look out to see if I can find bigger ones. I didn't think of ordering online but I'm not sure I'll be able to get them on time that way.

You can MAKE some with stiff white cardboard, some scissors, and a good black marker :-) Double-sided foam tape will make mounting and removal easy. |
