So recently I bought some striplights. I encountered some problems with them intially - seller sent the wrong mounting rings, a bunch of other small stupid crap - but now that I have them assembled on rings that will fit my flashheads, a new problem reared its head.

That is...now that they're assembled and all ready to go...one corner droops noticeably. The same corner on both of them, in fact... I have square softboxes, whose sides are taut all around. So why on earth would a set of rectangular softboxes have this huge saggy flap of material??? Are they supposed to be like that?? I took some pics to show the seller as I am planning to return them. If anyone knows better, please chime in now!!

I know, and it's pissing me off no end...I just visited the seller's page and guess what, though the images are still up showing absolutely no sag whatsoever with or without diffusers, now those strips are discontinued. Can't imagine why!!!!

It's an art piece, Susan. Frame it and hang it!

I do understand that this was a serious tragedy, snaffles, but hang in there.
