Nikon AF-S Nikkor 17-35mm f/2.8D IF-ED

I have square softboxes, whose sides are taut all around. So why on earth would a set of rectangular softboxes have this huge saggy flap of material??? Are they supposed to be like that?? I took some pics to show the seller as I am planning to return them. If anyone knows better, please chime in now!!

I know, and it's pissing me off no end...I just visited the seller's page and guess what, though the images are still up showing absolutely no sag whatsoever with or without diffusers, now those strips are discontinued. Can't imagine why!!!!

Well they're disassembled and boxed back up, ready to be shipped back to sender tomorrow...cancelled work today due to snowstorm, luckily I am able to move that client to another day this week. Getting a little cabin fevery though!
