I took a photo about a month ago that I think would work great for the "Where's Waldo?" challenge. I went back and shot it again today. The first photo has never been entered into DC but I entered it into Digital Photo Contest. It didn't go anywhere there and only the judges saw it. My question is if the date in a Canon RAW file is enough proof that it was shot again this week in case somebody challenges my entry.

of course this is allowed... you can always go back and reshoot a photo... even if you used it here, you would be able to go back and reshoot it and enter it again... as long as you have proof go right ahead. :-) Good luck.
