Just found a quick blurb about this software.

Basically lets you easily alter the text files that are/can be appended to jpegs and then search that text. So you can easily add a few key words literally to the image file and then search by those words later.

Thought some of y'all would be interested.

Thanks -- Their image catalogue program looks pretty good too (for making contact sheets and web pages)...I just downloaded the free version (haven't tried it yet), but the $26 version "Pro" version INCLUDES the JPEG text-editing program as well.
