Hi, this just started randomly happening today: whenever I try to maximize a window in internet explorer, instead of the window filling the screen, it is shifted down (see screen shot)

Any idea how I can get it to maximize correctly again? I've tried restarting, but it doesn't change anything.

I've had this problem quite a few times. Here's the fix: Save the text below to a file called reset.reg then double-click it. This will reset your default window size in IE. Then start IE, maximize and exit. You should have no problems after that. p.s. you could also just load regedit.exe and go erase that key by hand.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Thanks, but strangely enough, it just started working again = P I'll keep that in mind for the next time.
