I don't believe that this situation could have existed at the date given (jan 18 2003) in the state of NY. So I will not critique it. I want to post-recommendate it for disqualification. This is a clear violation of the exposure dates.

Please remove it from my CC-list so that I can move onto another one.

Perhaps I will leave an empty comment tomorrow and move on to the next one.

Yup. It obviously wasn't requested during voting because people are submitting from all over the world, and the photog was given the "benefit of the doubt". Hmmm. This makes me sad that people are not reading the rules.

Azrifel,

As far as I know there is no way to remove a photo from your CC list. Go ahead and give it a critique and we will pursue it administratively.

Ummm - did you consider the possibility that the photographer could be vacationing, in Florida, for example? The photographer's profile indicates his/her age as 82, and I know that many seniors fly south for the winter. Just wondering.

the field on the submission page clearly says "LOCATION OF EXPOSURE", so if the member was vacationing in Florida ...

I see that the pic has been reassigned, thanks for taking over Terry. :)

McReal, I did consider that. But the profile photo and the comments made on images by this person seriously made me doubt if the age is correct. That's why I rang the bell.
