I am trying so hard to be more bold and learn and make comments, but after I do and check it is like they disappear. I have to make them a few times before actually sticking. Is there a trick to make comments stick ??

I have voted but I am trying to take the next step and make comments........
Right now its frustrating having to do it twice or three times.

I noticed I killed the last 5 threads in this section, but I will make this #6 too LOL.. Not sure if I am the only one that is having issues of making comments stay?

I think you have to vote again after making the comment. So if you voted a 6, just click the 6 again. Clicking the arrow to the next image might save them as well

ok so if my vote from before is already there, then I would just have to click it again? I will try that, Thanks Matt!

the clicking of the next arrow did not save them, that is what I thought I was doing wrong

There are still lingering glitches in the system, which is proprietary. Have you made the comment first, then voted? Does that make a difference. And no, I don't have this issue. I'd suggest copying any comment you make before clicking anything. In case it doesn't "stick", at least you can just paste it in instead of having to retype it.

Usually, I have sent my vote then tried to make a comment..

Thanks for the suggestions. Will try that too

As Matt said that is the only option in current system when you hit next it does not save, it assumes that you haven't selected a vote or text though that is an issue but it is what it is as of today :)

If you look at the thumbnails page, you'll see a ;little "page" icon beside every thumbnail: click THAT, and you'll go directly to a comment-only page which doesn't even have a voting scale on it. That's the best way to do it if you're done voting. If you want to comment on all your low votes, say, then after you're done voting they are all ranked in sets according to votes, and you can just work through the set. When a comment has been made, the page symbol turns yellow, but you have to refresh before you see that.

As others mentioned, you can comment and then record the same vote over again and that wil take care of it. The forward arrow never has, and never will, registered anything in memory. It's not a glitch, it's just a navigational device.

That's weird, because that's how I comment on challenges all the time. I comment but don't vote. I hit the forward arrow to go to the next image and have never had a problem with it not saving the comment.
