Under the Advanced editing guidelines would using an HDR preset in Topaz Adjust, (watered down, nothing harsh), fall within the accepted practices.

Secondly, I'm assuming that cloning out an electrical line going from the top of pole to a building would be allowed, right?

So far, only in Washington and Colorado.

I use Topaz DeNoise and Topaz Clarity all the under advanced and Expert rule sets....

they are legal under basic too, assuming its a global adjustment.

there a case where its illegal to use these in advanced but legal in basic but i forget what it is.
