Hi everyone, I an looking for some advice about printing some T shirts.
Since I think some of my photographs are kind of OK, I would like to print then on some T shirts and walk around with them. (kind of like blowing my own horn...)
I am not looking to print many T shirts, preferably a single T shirt for each picture.

Apparently this is called Direct To Garment printing (thank you Dr. Google).
Does anyone have any experience?
Does anyone know a good vendor?
Will the colors look vivid?

Thanks in advance.

You can order them through your own print gallery right here at DPC Prints (this link goes to my gallery) for $13.95. Costco has them for about a dollar less; I'm thinking all of the printing services have them now.

Another option is to use iron-on transfer paper (I think both Epson and HP make it) with the appropriate printer. As an experiment for one-offs it would probably be a lot cheaper.

If enough interest develops where you want to print a batch (12-24) of the same image it would probably be better to use traditional silk-screen printing.

I've had good luck with Cafe Press. Good quality, great customer service. Wide selection.
