I think there are some serious issues with the enforcement community here...

Man illegally anally probed by doctors under orders from police..

The best part? He's being billed for the procedures.

Scary isn't it? The man pulled a california stop, and is subsequently subjected to repeated horrific invasions of his body. Scares the hell out of me, cause there isn't a thing you can do to stop it.

Law is not being enforced. It's being abused. Those people involved were out of control. I hope the victim OWNS that county when all of the legal wranglings are through.

It's not being abused, it's being broken...all involved in this, if it's proven true should be in jail. Especially the doctors.

Sometimes cops can be a real pain in the ass. :p

oh I would own that county after hat. I would make sure those cops never had a law enforcement job 1st...then I would go after the city then the county...then the state....That is a very legitimate lawsuit. That guy should be able to retire after this

Dang, these guys are (almost) as bad as the WI DNR!

If you're in a group of 3 or more in Queensland, the coppers can do whatever they like to you:

Anonymous Video protesting New 'Bikie' Laws

These laws are already in place.

...I doubt that this is quite exact in that police in Australia still have limitations of action.

I do believe that the issue at hand is one of association with someone committing a crime and unless mistaken, a comment to that effect is made at 1.46 of the presentation.

I also have no doubt that this law will be challenged before the tribunals on Constitutional grounds and that "Judicial Reasonableness" will prevail.

Time will tell if this law will withstand judicial scrutiny, and I will leave that part of the process in the hands of those versed in Australian laws.

Could you enlighten me as to that that means... to me a DNR is a "Dialed Number Recorder".

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources... Famous for this incident, when they were "protecting wildlife"

The news of the day?

It's not the first time that this exact same scenario has played out...

Clearly New Mexico is combining two of it's most celebrated activities. Since the Aliens landed in Roswell in 1942 they have been probing people, but now they are in uniform and are really stepping up their game. In fact their new motto on the side of their patrol cars has been changed to " Yo f*uck nuts, its probing time"

My favorite line in the original article is "after law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks." It has often been said that white guys walk like they have a stick up there, now we will have to learn to walk with some swagger, or face the probe.

No doubt he was clenching his buttocks. He was in New Mexico.

Saddest part is they're blaming the dog.

Be careful where you write that abbreviation -- in the hospital it means "Do Not Resuscitate" ...

...No worries here my friend as I have let my family, friends and doctor know that those are my wishes.

As an aside, you should have seen the looks I got from the missus when I started filling out the forms for the body donation to the medical school.

...Actually, both. :O)

She did not seem to share my views that this would be a good thing for both of us, so cremation it is for her.

And from the north end of our state...

Apparently an officer doing the right thing is what we punish... Probe away boys, just make sure you're not probing anyone who 'matters'...

And another one.

Anyone else think we've got a demonstrable problem here?
