Several people commented that I should have edited out some distracting elements in my nude II shot. I hesitated to do so in the original because I'm not especially good at cloning and such. However, I decided to try, so I re-edited to remove the floorboard and carpet from the shot, and also did some minor burning. I think the result is in fact better, but I'd like to hear what you all think.
Here's the new one:
And for reference, here's the original submission.
An improvement? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Prefer the original .. that one looks "too" photoshopped ... I like this image.
That guy resembles Matt Damon ...

I'm conflicted as to which I like better. I gave your submission a 6, IMO it was a thought-provoking, emotional image. The only real distraction I see from the woodwork and floor is the bright reflection on the wood baseboard. OTOH, the version with the floor cloned out has a jarring look, like you're teetering over an edge. Possibly that's not a bad thing, depending on what emotion you want project?
I wonder, though, if just cloning out the highlight on the baseboard, and darkening the wood & floor a bit more would be the best of both worlds?
edited for typos

I like the original, too. Gave you a 9 in the voting. |

Original is better, IMHO... this one is nice, but not as emotive to me. :o)
