If you shoot from a higher angle, it will make the bottom of your face look smaller. I like the look you have here.

I'm thinking you probably want to de-emphasize the double chin. If so, then stick your chin out a little bit more and shoot from a higher angle.
As an alternative, keeping the angle you have ... you could also try putting a small fill light down to the bottom right. Less shadow usually makes the eye believe there is less "overhang" to cause the shadow. Of course, you could also try dodging the area in PhotoShop to get a similar effect without having to reshoot.

One thin you might want to experiment with is a wide angle lens (28 or wider). The wide angle lens works especially well with aviators because it accents their shape!
