On 6/7/12 I used the Contact Us feature to inquire about my membership status. I received an auto-response but my inquiry was not addressed. I followed up on 6/11/12 but still have not heard back from anyone.
The issue is that I paid my membership fee but my status is set to Registered User instead of Member.
How can I get my issue resolved? |

Try making a scathing review of a winning photo. That seems to get attention!

If you go to the top of the page and click on community, there is a pulldown with the option to see who is online.
If you see an admin icon online, you might select that person, go to their profile, and then send them a Private Message with your question.
Of course, someone with the answer might pick up on this thread and answer if you wait, but a PM might work more quickly.
