I haven't submitted a photo for an expert challenge and I know this has probably been asked before and I searched for it. But can I draw elements in my entry? I look at some of the previous challenges and I can see where it appears that has happened. Obviously I'm not talking about painting an entire scene but just some accents to enhance the subject matter. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can use the drawing and painting tools, but you cannot use "clip art" or other pre-defined shapes or text ...

You also cant use any custom brushes to paint objects that you didn't create yourself.

Though using rendering effects such as light flare is okay I believe right?

Try sending a ticket to the Site Council (under Contact Us in the Help menu). Hopefully an SC member will get back to you in time.

yes. someone can check me, but in expert any stock item in photoshop is game. its when you download custom brushes and other effects that are created from images that someone else took it becomes an issue.

Thanks for the help everyone. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to finish my entry as I'm working a 13.5 hour day.

I wish there wasn't, but I'll take the overtime. Been wanting/needing to buy a new camera for a long long time.
