For subjects who are frequently photographed, is there an eyeglass option that looks best, ie non-reflective coatings, light tint colors, polarized, or auto-darkening?

I am not sure what you're exact problem or question is, but Mark Wallace has a very nice video on how to avoid reflections and glare due to the angle of lights
