Looked through the entries. Some really interesting one's in there. Decided to enter at the last minute... was way off the mark, apparently. Oh well. I like the entry i chose, but more importantly, we had fun making it.... so it was worth the low score. So to those who have given LOW scores without any constructive criticism, or any comment at all... this is for you

ETA: Last minute entry, so what do expect. But I'm trying to enter as many challenges as possible hoping to improve my photo and editing skills. I'm rusty right now.

Maybe now I know what is wrong with my entry.
But if in the challenge suggestion we can see links that help us, the voters should take a look at them too...
Especially for a non native tongue is not easy to get the slight differences between idioms and euphemisms. And it seems that even American and English people didn't get this difference.
For sure next time I won't submit anything for this kind of challenges where voters penalize people only for matters of very little importance.
ETA: I'm not talking about you :) |

There's a fine line between an idiom and a euphemism... in fact, if memory serves correctly... a euphemism is actually a form of an idiom. Little help here, cannot fully remember if that's the case.
Either way, doesn't matter to me if people used idioms or euphemisms. :)

| Sometimes this site gets depressing... I suppose the difference between 5.5 and 4.5 is only one point but golly does 4.5 leave a burn mark. Either I should be more critical when voting or I just have no clue what I'm doing. Maybe both! |

I was going to use this as my euphemism, but my wife said she wouldn't have sexual relations with someone who shits their pants.

I bought a shirt for my three month old daughter which says "They're raising me gay!", and managed to get a solid photo of her with the shirt on, clearly visible, while she was stuffing a rubber figurine of a beaver into her mouth. I even managed to get some of the lighting correct. The shot was gold.
