I work for an international company. We need images from India, Saudi Arabia, and Brasil, and UAE. Sadly, we don't have the budget to send me.

So I need to get in contact with people in those countries that shoot at the stock level to hire them to shoot for my company. How would you go about finding capable photographers in this case?

I look forward to your input.

Would searching for DPC photogs by location (//www.dpchallenge.com/profile_search.php ) be of any help or does it have to be through a stock organization? Search by major cities in those countries and the country names.

I know(fan of their work mostly) of a few very good photogs in UAE from DevianArt. You can search flickr. Searching for landmarks and names of major cities in those countries should yield many local photogs. Other sites like 1x and 500px come to mind as well. There are many great photogs that don't post on stock sites but have higher than stock quality work out there.

in order to help you, please provide the following information:
how big is your family?
what are their age ranges?
what city and country do you live in?
what is your budget?
exactly where are you going?
how many days will you need the photographer?
do you want a family portrait, also?
how many clicks do you want?
could you provide examples of "good" photography (sometimes you might need just "ok" photographer. sometimes, people say "good" when they mean "great")
will you be paying by cash or by credit card?
if by credit card, which bank?

also, you might consider this resource.
