Hi to all,
I was wondering if anybody receive a reminder notice for a membership expiration???!! I just receive an email sayin that my membership had expired IN THIS MOMENT and my portfolio and my prints are gone????!!
why I wasn't notified that my membership was coming up for renewal and only got an e-mail saying that it had expired???
I haven't come to the site often lately, but I do check my email every day, and this is the first email I receive regarding this issue...

My understanding is that your portfolio images and prints remain so long as you renew within 30 days.
I do not know whether a reminder notice is sent out as I have been on Site Council since before membership began, so have never had to renew.... I can certainly ask about that.

Thank you Terry, but I would like to be sure about it before renew... really... if I need to upload the pictures again, I will think about it twice before renew it...
I would like to know if it happens before to someone else,

I had to renew mine at the beginning of this month. I did get a notice a couple of days before the membership expired, but of course i didn't read it till it was too late. I was also worried about my portfolio, but once I renewed it appeared again, just as it had been before. No harm done.

I received a reply back from Langdon earlier this morning... he said that neither the code that sends out reminder notices nor the code that deletes your portfolio images after 30 days has been implemented yet. If I understand this correctly, this means that once you renew, your portfolio images should come back.
