For want of anyone professional, I have been made the company photographer and have to take "money" shots of senior staff with visiting VIPs, shaking hands, signing papers etc. I have to be primed and ready to take the shot at a second's notice. The Speedlight flash and the camera automatically turn themselves off at different times, and in order to be ready to go, I find myself constantly fiddling with one or the other to be able to take the shot as it happens. As I cannot pose these people - I have to just get what I can - I am finding it nerve-wracking trying to juggle all the components. I cannot find a way to set a time on either of them to ensure that (a) they stay on longer or (b) that they switch on and off at the same time. Does anyone know if it is possible to set the times, or does anyone have any helpful information? Many thanks.
