I have read in basic rules, no cloning. Does this include cloning to remove a cable and support that is in the picture? I just read a thread that said it is allowed in certain circumstances (as long as it doesnt add anything, now I am confused. I was under the impression no cloning was allowed? Here was the quote "You can clone stuff, as long as you are not creating a major part to add to the photo. "

In basic editing it's not allowed. That quote applies to advanced editing.
