So last week I placed an order for prints with Bay Photo Lab. One of the prints was a 30" X 45" Metal Print (printed directly to a sheet of aluminum). This big print arrived looking awesome but a corner was bent by UPS despite very thorough packing by Bay- ouch! I had another 20" X 30" metal Print in the order that was not damaged at all.
So I immediately called Bay and explained the problem. They said they would send out another print free of charge. Sure enough a replacement print arrived today in perfect shape. We are talking a $310 normal price for the print they had to replace, so they really had to absorb a lot for customer service.
I'm a happy customer and they will be seeing plenty more business from me! Especially for their beautiful glossy Metal Prints. |

| I love Bay Photo. I use them for their books. Had one come in with a corner bent, and they had the new one overnighted to me. They are awesome :) |
