I thought this was too good not to share:

360 Degree Interactive Video

Simply use your mouse to control the direction of the camera.

Neato! I wonder how though? Two cameras with very wide lenses?

5 cameras in a cube, 1 facing each direction (N, E, S, W) and one facing up.
