I recommend showing the winning thumbnail photos little larger than default thumb sizes...
or, add two more for 4th and 5th places as HM images.

| I like the idea, but larger images could require additional coding to save a third size copy and more space requirements. I like the 4th and 5th place idea. |

I remember the day when the blue ribbon winner was HUGE on the frontpage.. but we only had a single challenge every week back then.

How about listing the HM names (Photo names and photographer under it) instead of thumbnails.

Those are taking up more space than thumbnails. The point is to have them take up LESS space than the ribbon winners, not have them take up MORE space... so SMALLER thumbnails, not BIGGER names |
