What exactly was "super fast shutter speed" just out of curiosity?

I suppose the 9 continuous frames shooting from the 10-d came in handy then!

great shot

Back then there was no such thing as a 10D, he did this one with his G2.

Great tutorial Jacko.

I suppose I'll get messy with cream sometime soon - it looks great!

Hi
Having made a tool for flashing an object in flight and freezing it. I have taken many shots from water splashing to bursting balloons. The balloons set me a puzzle, why then if the balloon is pierced by a dart in the side, it ruptures top and bottom. This was not a one off, it happened several times.

Holmes, care to enlighten us on this tool you made. I'm itching to get the camera out this weekend so this could be another project to add to the list. Water drops in a steel pot could be interesting not to mention a bit of a challenge.

hughletheren wrote an extra guide in his "How to" .... How To Build Your Own Beam Breaker(down the second half of the page)

Could be useful for those split second shots!
