cant find it in the tutorials, is there a link on how to do it?

I can't seem to find any decent tutorials on it anywhere... maybe someone else can be more helpful.

The basics are pretty simple, have you played around with the technique in Photoshop or anything? Thats usually how I learn... then again I'm not very good at it. :-)

It is pretty easy in PS a couple of different ways depending on what you are doing. There are several threads which relate to this so you might want to do a search in the forums.
