I downloaded and installed it earlier, and have been playing with it for a while...
Short version -- it provides a keyword "farming" tool -- you can dump lists of keywords into a dialog box, the tool will automatically split the text into keywords, remove common words (via a definable list), then allow you to manage the result set -- by applying the keywords to images (if they already exist in your heirarchy) or create new keywords not already in your heirarchy. Actions per-keyword are also selectable -- you can create duplicate keywords, resolve duplications, etc.
It also lets you manage a list of common keywording websites for easy access so you can search for related keywords. At first I thought it handled the searching for related keywords itself (*that* would be a nice trick), but it only manages a list of web sites you can visit on your own, then copy-and-paste related keywords into the Keyword Manager box for refinement.
Even without the automatic search for related keywords (maybe a future enhancement?), it's a very handy tool to help refine and manage the addition of related keywords.
