The great thing about a fave is that it means your entry had very strong appeal for someone. Even if the score is mediocre, you know it is a good shot, even if it missed the broad appeal. And to a great extent, doing well is about broad appeal.
Speaking of which, I am starting to see a modest climb on my own.

I decided recently that I would give at least one fav for every challenge. As much as we all love to receive them, I don't think too many people remember to GIVE them. I wait until I'm done voting and then look at my top rated pix and then fav at least one. |

Is it my imagination or is it always slow like this over the first 3 days with voting in a free study? I know there's still 3 day's to go so voting might still pick up. |

Mine started at 5.8, then went down to around 5.2 for a while and then has steadily been climbing up again for the last day or two
