Ok here’s the deal! I wasn’t going to participate in DPL2 because I didn’t have a camera.  Skewsme offered to lend me a A530 camera so I could participate. I didn’t want to because I would hate for something to happen to it and I didn’t have the means to replace it.
When I looked at the A530 I noticed it was very similar to point and shot my wife owns, but much nicer. I didn’t think my wife's camera recorded EXIF data but it does. So I can use it to enter challenges.
Now I’m thinking about getting a team together because I would like to participate in DPL2 plus there are a lot of other photographers in the pool that would like to participate too. Also I want to see 48 teams finalized so 23 will not be dropped.
Here‘s the deal. I have created TEAM 48, yes that’s it name! If you would like to participate in DPL2 and would like to be a part of TEAM 48 send me a PM. I will not finalize our team until DPL2 has 47 teams finalized. Then I will finalize Team 48 as the 48th team. If the DPL does not reach 48 teams then I will NOT finalize the team because we would not make the cut.
I will take PM’s from users that would like to participate on TEAM 48 and let everyone know who made the team.
Anyone interested? Let’s do it so 23 teams will not be dropped and lets ROCK!

As soon as the seventh member is added to your team it is automatically finalized. If you realy want to be the 48th (with a name like that you do) get the seventh member of your team to accept an invite after the 47th has finalized.
Good luck with the timing, if your 49th your not in!!
