It looks like there is 101 free agents in the queue. What happens if they don't get drafted? (read: What happens if I don't get drafted?)

If it's like the first time, there will be a mad scramble and people will start forming teams from that those that are free...

Start a team - then start asking folks on the free agent list. Good way to ensure you get picked! :-)

toddhead and sempermarine are both available free agents. We would like to be on the same team. So let us both know if you are interested.

Regular Season Rounds: Apr. 12th, 2010 - Jun. 1st, 2010
Mid-Season Break: May. 3rd, 2010 - May. 9th, 2010
Season Playoffs: Jun. 7th, 2010 - Jul. 11th, 2010

Does this mean that the challenges that are in the voting process count towards the season?

For example... The "waiting" challenge --- Voting Dates: Apr. 7th 2010 - Apr. 13th 2010

I posted this onto my teams thread however I figured I would ask here to see if someone else might have the same question. :)

I'd expect it means "challenges created after April 12th"; that's the way it's been in the past. So the Exclusive Opens on the 13th and the Member's Challenge on the 18th would be the first round.

Quick question...I just created a team, and under the members it says, Invitation not sent yet. Is there some sort of official thing I need to do besides just asking them to join? I've already done that, they've accepted. Still waiting on answers from a few others. Am I going about this right?

If you added their names and then clicked Save Team Configuration... then at the bottom should be a Send Invitation button after that.

Pretty sure my old team won't be getting together. Our leader doesn't appear to have been active since 2007 and well one of our teammates was Jawnyrico. So I'm in the free agent pool. Somebody please pick me? I wanna play.

I've looked through the FAQ and this thread and don't see anything directly on point.

Can anyone explain how the "optional team member" thing works?

Do we pick the top 7 entries from the 10 members for each challenge? Something like that?

FYI, the Disband Team button still does not work for me (I thought if I tried it from my work computer, I might get different results). I sent a note to "DP Challenge - Administrative Inquiry"

No, I don't think so. Like Robert mentions, it should kick off with the challenges posted (Opens on the 13th, and Member on the 18th).

I like how on the preseason Overview page, when you accept the invitation, the indicator changes from "invite sent" to "application accepted". Application? :-)

I have sent 6 invites (for a 7 person team).
It doesn't appear to allow for more invites to be sent … ???
