I'd be interested in hearing from users of both. I have potentially 40 to 60GB I'd like to have backed up at any given time. Ease of use and security are priorities for me.

The costs are similar enough to be negligable, although I'd be interested to know of any good promotions for new users.

I like Carbonite better but it doesn't backup external drives.

If you are using Windows with NTFS partitioned drives, you can mount the external drive as a folder under your internal drive.
Carbonite will then see the external drive and back it up.

Not quite sure what this is but it is worth looking into. I have had issues w/ Mozy not backup up everything (and customer support wasn't very helpful) and Carbonite seemed faster.
