Wow, the trolls were out early this morning,
i was running at a 4.2, for a picture i was very pleased with :-(

I think I may be alone on this one but, I oftentimes find far more meaning and feel to what may appear to be a snapshot than all of the shots that were set up, lighted to the hilt and edited beyond original recognition. Call me crazy LOL...no, wait...someone really will! Just call me eccentric LOL. ;P |

If a snapshot has meaning and is composed well, I'm with you! But if it looks like "oh my, I HAVE to put something in Free Study" and you just grab any old photo, that's what I'm talking about. Editing or no editing, it's all about how the image moves me or makes me think. :)

I can honestly say this is not my best work. I had nothing yesterday that I really liked so at 8pm last night I pulled my model in to do a shot that I lost on my hard drive. Yes, a redo, and I didn't redo it well since I was in such a hurry. But I swore I was going to enter every free study this year. So far, both January and February have been uninspired. Sorry to those left to vote on it :-) |

I find freestudies to usually be easy to find something for. There is normally something I did during the month that I really like, but was not suitable for any of the themed challenges. |

| Something weird going on? I track my votes ( I'm addicted to the update button ; ) ) and one vote showed, my scored jumped over 6 (Never in a Free Study) and according to the chart it was high than 10. Can something odd be going on? I'm not complaining minid you - just checking. |
