That just about sums it up for most of us. It's one thing when voters genuinely vote low when they do not appreciate the image (nothing wrong with that), but when someone takes a systematic approach to indiscriminately sabotage the results, that is just despicable. |

I can't allow myself to validate the trolls' existence by caring what they do. There aren't enough of them to do any real damage. They're just a constant reminder that the majority of us are good and decent people.Let them have their small-minded ideas for whatever they think they're worth. A couple of 1s here and there don't do any damage at all by the end of the week.

Still have high hopes for this shot. My last free study did same thing and by the end it was a 6.2. Maybe this shot will do the same. Experimented some with topaz. |

Hmmm I was hoping that it would gave averaged were it was when went to bed but I went south about a 1.9
And I considered my image to be quite strong

True (I haven't checked the math) but I am assuming that this person voted low for most photos, bringing us all down to the same scale. So relatively speaking, instead of sitting at the 3.3333 I had last night, it's gone up thanks to most non-troll voters. So my perspective is that the person was not able to keep me down.
Of course, I only have 15 votes, and it's early in the voting, so anything can still happen :) |

I woke up to a 5.0769 after 13 votes, and am now up to a 5.4667 after 15. I'm not happy. Now let's say one of them was a '1'. Take that away, and I have a 5.7857. I would be less unhappy. If it was two 1's, I'd be at 6.1538 and quite satisfied.
