shot a video at work today of a new "toy" we got, we're already wondering what else we could throw in there!
Shot this on my HTC Droid Eris, not bad video for a cell phone.... |

lol thats actually what it is, i work for a large hospital system so we can take no chances with old hard drives going out with patient data on them, alot faster than wiping them. it stands a little bigger than a pc tower and cost $4000 but cheaper than paying some company a fee for every drive they crush. |

I did a contract with a bank doing data removal, we used to use a power drill, which would cost you less than $100 at the hardware store! |

it's awesome, actually really awesome. couldn't you also use a really strong magnet? also, it could be fun to destroy them in more creative ways, like some m80s or a baseball bat, office space style ;) |

True, and to be fair we only did that to the ones we couldn't wipe because of system passwords. Still fun though! |
